CLARITY is part of this year's ECCA 2019 in Lisbon. The biennial European Climate Change Adaptation conference is convened by EU-funded projects like ours on behalf of the European Commission. The conference is organized by three European projects under the "Horizon 2020" program - Placard, Bingo, Resccue.
